The 2019 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II will be an international ice hockey tournament run by the International Ice Hockey Federation.

The Group A tournament will be held in Dumfries, Great Britain from 2 to 8 April, the Group B tournament in Brașov, Romania from 1 to 7 April and the Group B qualification tournament from 13 to 18 January 2019.[1]
