The 2019 IHF Emerging Nations Handball Championship will be the third edition of the IHF Emerging Nations Championship held in Moldova under the aegis of International Handball Federation.

A total of sixteen countries participated in the tournament out of which 13 are European except China, Singapore and Uruguay.
