The 1995 Warsaw Cup by Heros was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts at the Legia Tennis Centre in Warsaw, Poland that was part of Tier III of the 1995 WTA Tour. It was the inaugural edition of the tournament and was held from 11 September until 17 September 1995. Fifth-seeded Barbara Paulus won the singles title and earned $25,000 first-prize money.
