The 1943 Copa del Generalísimo was the 41st staging of the Copa del Rey, the Spanish football cup competition.

The competition began on 25 April 1943 and concluded on 20 June 1943 with the final, where Atlético Bilbao won their 14th title.

Barcelona faced Real Madrid in the semi-finals of the 1943 Copa del Generalísimo. The first leg match, played at Barcelona's Les Corts stadium in Catalonia, ended with Barcelona winning 3–0. On 13 June 1943 Real Madrid beat Barcelona 11–1 in the second leg of a semi-final.^[1]^[2]
