The 1898 Drake Bulldogs football team represented Drake University during the 1898 college football season. It was the sixth year for the football program. The season ended with a 4–2 record, Drake's first winning season. The Bulldogs concluded the season with a 6–5 win Nebraska, crowning them as the best team in the west for 1898.
