The Famous History of the Life of King Henry the Eighth is a history by William Shakespeare, written around 1603. It is one of only two Shakespearean histories unrelated to the War of the Roses, the other being King John. The play is concerned with the life and times of King Henry VIII of England, the man who infamously had six wives.
