Vegans and vegetarians in general consume only products of plant origin. However, the definition according to which vegetarians also can consume dairy products and eggs. Vegans never eat or consume any animal products, not even in minor quantities. It means they avoid all meat, fish, chicken, eggs, milk, cheese, butter and other dairy products, gelatine, honey, carmine colouring and many other animal-devived food additives.
