Taxation in the United Kingdom/Legislation/Schedule A2 to the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988

This Schedule supplemented Section 13AB of ICTA, which introduces the non-corporate distribution régime. It had effect for distributions made between 1 April 2004 and 31 March 2006.
