THE CONCLUSION OF ALL THINGS

The end purpose of all Yahweh God's dealings with Adam's race has been to bring a restoration of that which was lost in the fall of Adam and to also bring a prodigy of sons to the realisation of the promise which was made in the Garden to Adam through the symbol of the Tree of Life.

The initial plan conceived in the mind and heart of the Father, and undertaken by the Son, the eternal Word, was to bring forth creatures who could partake of His essence and share in His glory. To this end, the Son of God, the first to be brought forth from Himself and to share His divinity (Hebrews 1:1-5) created the heavens and the earth (Colossians 1:15).

And it became wasted and empty (Genesis 1: 1 - 2). The reason for this we are not told, except that the scriptures speak of a rebellion among the angelic order of beings against the sovereignty of Almighty God which culminated in a war in heaven (Ezekiel 28:16-19; Isaiah 14:16-17).

The archangel Lucifer whom we now know as Satan, had asserted himself, saying, "I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;" - "I will be like the Most High" (Isaiah 14:13-14a).

The sovereignty and character of Almighty God was challenged by one of His high officials before the courts of heaven. How would such an all-wise, all-powerful monarch answer such a challenge and indictment against Himself? How would He justify the accusations against the integrity of His character and His purposes toward His creatures?

He responded by creating a lesser order of beings which were inferior in spiritual status to the angels and of a mortal nature and set before them a test of allegiance, as to whether they would choose to be faithful to Him or to the one who had now set himself up in opposition to Him and had become His arch enemy - Satan.

He set them in a sanctuary garden with every good thing He could provide for them, with a promise of eternal life. But they had to wait until the tree bore fruit. The tree whose fruit was readily available without any test upon their allegiance to Yahweh God was the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, whose author was Satan. Herein was the test!

Would they trust in the integrity of the character of Almighty God and believe the promise He had given them, or would they believe the lies of Satan and respond to his enticement. We know the story!

THE CULMINATION OF ALL THINGS

When the kingdom of Y'shua the Messiah is established upon earth, He will set up His government and rule the nations through the saints that are raised to life in the first resurrection (Revelation 20: 4, 6).

During this time period, all things will be brought into subjection to Him as the Word of God goes forth from Zion to establish His decrees upon the earth (Psalm 2: 8-9; Isaiah 2: 1-4; Revelation 12: 5, 19: 5).

The nations will be given the opportunity to walk in His ways and judgment will come upon those who do not obey (Isaiah 65:20, 66:16-17; Zechariah 14:16-19). Israel shall be holy and the whole earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord (Habukkuk 2:14; Zechariah 14:20).

By the time that the thousand years of the kingdom era comes to an end, the earth will have been restored to its Edenic state and its inhabitants will be living in peace and harmony with one another.

When the dead are raised they will have demonstrated before them the fruit of a world living according to the divine plan and those who never had the opportunity to hear the truth in their lives will now know it.

All of the covenants which have been made up to the present time and those yet to be established in order to set in place the Father's plan undertaken by His Son, Y'shua our Messiah, will eventually culminate in the whole creation in its final pre-ordained state, being handed over with much joy by the Son to the Father, and He, the Father, will become ALL things to all of His creation.

The Father will have been glorified before all of His creatures as being worthy of their homage. He will have proven Himself worthy of all honour, praise, worship and glory, a God of infinite love and wisdom, adored by all His creatures who have chosen of their own free will to give Him their total, unreserved devotion and allegiance.

It will have been demonstrated to all the heavenly hosts and to all of His creature upon earth, that the accusations of Satan against His character and sovereignty were unfounded and false.

Satan and all those who yielded themselves to his rebellion and anarchy will have become in the eyes of the faithful, an abhorrent thing, something to be remembered no more, as the creation moves into its eternal, immortal and incorruptible state of pure holiness and bliss in the new heavens and the new earth.

The wisdom of our heavenly Father in supervising His creatures throughout their growth into maturity and realisation of their divine call to sonship will be lauded by all, -- "to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God night be made known by the church (the assembly of saints) to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places according to the eternal purpose which He purposed in Y'shua the Messiah, our Lord" And all creation will stand in awe at the magnificence of the glory that will be revealed in the saints as they assume their ordained purpose of ruling and reigning with Y'shua, not only over all the earth, but also over all the realms of His creation in the whole universe (Ephesians 3:10-11).

After Y'shua has reconciled all things unto Himself, and delivered the kingdom to the Father, then the Father Himself will come to indwell the Bride and they will shine with His glory (Revelation 21: 1-3; 22-23).

The Head will have become joined to the Body and filled with the Shekinah glory of the Father.

No man has seen God at any time but now that which was mortal has become immortal and that which was corruptible has become incorruptible and of the same substance as the godhead. They will then be spirit-beings who can live in the full glory of the divine Presence (Revelation 21:22-23).

The sons of God will have come into their elevated status of being one with Y'shua, of the same substance and likeness as Himself (1 John 3: 1: Ephesians 4:13). The prayer Y'shua made for His followers "to be with Him where He was" (spiritually), will have been fully answered and brought into reality (John 17:24).

We see in the last chapter of Revelation that the Tree of Life has blossomed and is bearing its fruit - the fruit of the Spirit to all the nations , effecting a healing of them from the curse, to all who partake of its fruit, and restoring them to the divine image.

As ever-expanding realms of authority become invested in His sons throughout the galaxies, they will shine in increasing dimensions and varieties of glory as the magnificence of His splendour is manifest in them. Daniel prophesied that - "Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever." Daniel 12: 3 For each 'star' will differ from every other 'star' in glory and we shall bear the image of the heavenly Man, Y'shua our Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:41, 49 : 2: 9

And so, the anthem will resound throughout the corridors of heaven, "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty who was and is and is to come .. .. " "Blessing and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amein.", and Amein! (Revelation 4: 8, 7:12)
