Introduction
Prescriptions for relieving exterior syndromes are used to induce diaphoresis, expel pathogenic factors from muscles and skin, promote eruptions, and to treat exterior syndromes. Exterior syndromes fall into two categories, namely, wind-cold type and wind-heat type.
